Bred by Lisa Anderson, this cross combines two gorgeous dark velvet parents: Carla 6x5, with its compact heart-shaped form and bold contrasting venation, and Red Vein Dark Phoenix, known for elongated dark foliage, red-toned venation and colorful emergents.

These are 3" Grower’s Choice seedlings. Even at this juvenile stage, they’re showing substantial, rounded foliage, darkening leaves and red petioles. A really promising pairing for collectors who love dark, velvety Anthuriums and want to watch the mature characteristics develop.

Care
Bright indirect light • warm temperatures • moderate to high humidity. Grown in Pro-Mix HP, a well-draining peat and perlite potting mix. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged; do not allow Anthuriums to dry out completely between waterings.

Shipping
Plants are carefully packed and may ship potted or bare root depending on plant size and shipping conditions. Heat packs are added when appropriate during cold weather.
