Anthurium (Red Velvet Cake × Zara) × Blue Velvet

A striking velvet hybrid combining Red Velvet Cake, Zara and Blue Velvet genetics. This larger seedling is already developing an especially attractive combination of dark, velvety foliage and prominent primary venation, with bright veins creating strong contrast against the deep green leaf surface.

The newest and largest leaf has taken on a long, elegant form with a beautifully balanced sinus and exceptionally strong silver-green primary veins. With three established leaves, this is a substantial seedling with plenty of maturity still ahead of it.

The breeder/source for this plant is unknown, so no provenance is being attributed beyond the genetics preserved on the original plant tag.

Care: Bright indirect light • warm temperatures • moderate to high humidity. Grown in Pro-Mix HP, a well-draining peat and perlite potting mix. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged; do not allow Anthuriums to dry out completely between waterings.

Shipping: Plants are carefully packed and may ship potted or bare root depending on plant size and shipping conditions. Heat packs are added when appropriate during cold weather.
