Anthurium (Crystal Mag × Subsignatum) ‘Justin’ × (Portillae × Rio Wild Hybrid)

A really interesting pairing of two very different parent forms. ‘Justin’, a selected Crystal Mag × Subsignatum, brings dark, elongated foliage and bright contrasting venation, while the Portillae × Rio Wild Hybrid pollen parent contributes a more unusual lobed form and colorful emergents.

The current seedlings are already showing excellent emergent color, with new leaves opening in warm bronze to red tones before hardening green. Expect plenty of variation from this genetically diverse pairing, particularly in leaf shape, venation, texture and emergent coloration as the seedlings mature.

Care
Bright indirect light • warm temperatures • moderate to high humidity. Grown in Pro-Mix HP, a well-draining peat and perlite potting mix. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged; do not allow Anthuriums to dry out completely between waterings.

Shipping
Plants are carefully packed and may ship potted or bare root depending on plant size and shipping conditions. Heat packs are added when appropriate during cold weather.
