A highly sought-after variegated Hoya prized for its dramatic inner variegation. Broad, substantial leaves develop green margins surrounding splashes and sectors of cream, yellow and lighter green through the center, giving each leaf its own pattern.

Under very bright indirect light, ‘Pot of Gold’ can also sun stress with striking red coloration along the leaf margins, adding another layer of color to an already showy cultivar.

This is an established, actively vining plant already growing vertically on support.

Care
Bright indirect light • warm temperatures • moderate humidity. Grown in Pro-Mix HP, a well-draining peat and perlite potting mix. Allow the potting mix to dry fully between waterings, then water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain. Hoyas should never remain waterlogged.

Hoyas are vining plants and benefit from a trellis or other support as they mature. Established plants can produce beautiful, often fragrant clusters of flowers. Do not remove spent flower peduncles, as Hoyas frequently rebloom from the same peduncle.

Shipping
Plants are carefully packed and may ship potted or bare root depending on plant size and shipping conditions. Some minor leaf loss or cosmetic wear can occur during shipping and acclimation, particularly with variegated Hoyas. Heat packs are added when appropriate during cold weather.
